- Blaine grew up in the mid west, somewhere near Mexico. His father died during some war that he never really cared about, and he had become extremely close to his mother. He came into his powers about a year before she was killed in teh crossfire of a demon and a witch. Since then, he hasn't had much love for either species. He moved to Sekhmet to get away from the horrible memories and made a life for himself as the Assistant Manager of Cornucopia, becoming close to the owner, Diera. He admired her ambitions and sense of self and she became something of a mother to him.
Blaine is a very passionate, sensitive man, though he never freely shows it. Especially not to strangers. His mannerisms are very gentlemanly due to his job, and he treats everyone he meets basically the same way; with a distant respect and suspicion.
