History:

Jewel was born in New York into a poor family. She lived in apartments and moved place to place, running with her alcohol parents from place to place in New York trying to escape paying rent when there was no money. Jewel's parents were abusive, but not so much physically. She was verbally abused and was slightly traumatized by it. All the yelling and screaming made her back away into quiet corners, lowing her emotions to over come her and hide her troubles in a black box in the back of her mind. Her powers had been bound her whole life. When she broke away from her parents she was 16 and had been hiding in the dark from people.

The quiet Jewel finally found her way to Sekhmet, accidentally and her powers were unbound. She had no idea about them. She has been with the other Elementals since her arrival and has weird experiences. Her power of water control has come in handy since. She lives at the Elemental Castle while trying to get her powers under control.

Jewel has made many friends since her arrival and the best of them would be Lisa Courture, her boss and best friend. Lisa has helped Jewel greatly and now Jewel is helping Lisa raise her new born and adopted son, Aethen.
